Modalities:  Hypnosis and Past Life Regression

Robin Blair is providing hypnotherapy sessions for issues related to the everyday problems of living. Hypnosis is a powerful healing tool for habit control or change (smoking or weight issues), management of stress, dealing with fears, and reaching personal goals. Hypnosis is not psychotherapy; hypnosis is not mind control.  Hypnosis provides problem solving suggestions to the subconscious mind while the client is in a deeply relaxed state. These suggestions can assist in  creating lasting positive changes in behavior and thought. Past life regression work uses hypnosis to explore past lives and the issues (or challenges) related to those lives. It is not essential for the client to believe in past lives in order to gain insight or healing. While not psychotherapy, past life regression sessions can assist in resolving life issues, deepening personal self-awareness and exploring spirituality.

Testimonials:

“I went to Robin for help with a relationship issue. She made the process relaxing and comfortable. And best of all, it worked. I would definitely recommend hypnosis.” Client, October 2017

“I wanted to break my habit of standing at the refrigerator and eating. I discussed the habit with Robin and she hypnotised me. It worked. I no longer graze – and I sit when I’m eating. A little weight loss was a side benefit. Thanks.”
